9/11

I don't want to have to go through this every year. The fact that it has been 5 years made this year more intense for the media's coverage. I was disgusted as I went through the channel guide on my TV and all I saw was 9/11 coverage. I even sat through a GWB speech tonight.

I can never forget what happened, and I do not need to be reminded of it. I do not need to be told how to feel about it. I don't want to relive the nightmare of it now, and I may never want to relive it - so please leave me the fuck alone already.

If you've ever lost a loved one, you don't want the world to shove it down your throat every year.
